Introduction

This article documents useful information on the current policy of the Chinese government on imposing restrictions on citizens demanding on the prevention of free travels, and useful information to prevent from being affected.

Symptoms

Because of unprecedented expansion of government power, police departments have gained more power under revised legislation framework to impose restrictions on free movements of Chinese citizens. 1. -- May be restricted on their freedom of international traveling because of demands of police departments of their hukou region requiring to register their planned travels in a way of producing answers to interrogations or questionings as to making reports (in Chinese, baobei, literally report and register [for future use] 报备).

Opposition to inhumanity spans across government bureaus and those restrictions vary across different regions. Additionally, not every people committed to fraudulent activities will face penalities of such kinds, and innocent people may be targeted because of inaccuracies of recorded information on their so-called Big-data Platforms.
